Age Group Training Nights

The Training night at the club house for the age groups are:

Age Group	Night & Time
Under 13	Tuesday 18:30 - 19:45
Under 14	Wednesday 18:15 - 19:30
Under 15	Tuesday 18:30 - 19:45
Under 16	Wednesday 19:15 - 20:45
Under 16	Thursday 18:30 - 19:45
Under 17	Thursday 18:30 - 19:45
Under 18	Thursday 18:30 - 19:45

 

Parking for Visiting Teams

Apart from parking infront of the club house, there is also parking between the pitches. This area is accessable from the entrance on the main Guildford Road. This is opposite the "Sibleys" newsagents. Please use this area too.

Going on Tour ?
UK Tours

§         ELRFC Tour form to be agreed by management board
- this includes the names of the tourists

§         Where there are players attending the tour without parents then consent forms need to be held by the tour organiser.

Overseas Tours

§         ELRFC Tour form to be agreed by management board
- this includes the names of the tourists

§         Where there are players attending the tour without parents then consent forms need to be held by the tour organiser.

§         Insurance form

§         Permission from the RFU which needs to be signed by the visiting union and Surrey ( Trevor Sokell ) and club representative ( Nigel or Robin )

 

If you are going on tour you must fill in a tour form and pass this to the Junior Chairman, John Coles.

If you tour is out of England, you must also fill in RFU form  for the tour to be sanctioned by the RFU. See the junior Chairman John Coles (this form needs to be signed by the Club Chairman or President and sent to the RFU).
